  1. Can’t add an item to my cart? If you select an item that is currently out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your cart. If you want a product that is currently out of stock, contact us to record your choice and we’ll get back to you
  2. Do I need a credit card to sign up or register? No- To become a seller or customer on perlafric, your credit card is not needed for registration.
  3. How can I modify my order? Kindly contact info@perlafric.com immediately to inform us of order modifications and cancellations. Be sure to include your order number in the email.
  4. How do I receive my order confirmation? Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation. Please verify that emails from info@perlafric.com are not in your spam folder. To prevent this from happening, add us to your safe sender list.
  5. Where are your products made? We partner with fashions designers based across world, however we primarily focus on promoting “Made in Africa” products. Be sure to check the product “Description” tab on the product page to learn more about the country of origin.
  6. How long will it take to receive my order and when will it be shipped? Orders will be dispatched within three – five (3-5) business days, unless otherwise stated. Depending on the shipping option you select, delivery times will vary based on your location.
